I’m partnering with a well-established insurance and financial services organisation looking for a Campaign Analyst to join their Customer Selections & Analytics team. This is a hands-on role for someone confident with SQL, customer data, and campaign delivery.

The Role

You’ll work as part of a growing team responsible for building customer selections, targeting logic, and campaign journeys across multiple channels (email, direct mail, digital). You’ll be hands-on with SQL daily, extracting, transforming, and segmenting customer data to support highly targeted campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Build customer audience selections using SQL across multiple large datasets
• Support automated campaign journeys and selections across email, DM, and emerging digital channels
• Support A/B tests, targeting improvements, and performance reviews
• Assist in the migration to a new centralised customer platform and Dotdigital
• Provide insights to improve retention, acquisition, cross-sell, and customer engagement

What They’re Looking For

• Strong SQL skills (joins, segmentation, transformations, audience builds)
• Campaign selections / CRM / customer data experience
• Understanding of campaign workflows, targeting logic, and test-and-learn
