Working Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday – core hours between 10.00am and 4.00pm

Job Description

We're looking for someone to help us build and deploy personalised customer communications that make a real difference to our customers. As a Campaign Build Specialist, you'll work closely with your team to create and deliver targeted campaigns that drive engagement and loyalty.

What you'll do:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand campaign briefs and bring them to life using Adobe Campaign Classic

Work with customer data to create personalised and relevant communications across various channels, including email, SMS, app, and social media

Build and execute campaigns using our toolset, including automation and personalisation capabilities

Ensure campaigns are set up for success, with a focus on data quality, management, and compliance with regulations like GDPR

Monitor campaign performance and identify areas for improvement

Qualifications

Who you are:

• Someone who is curious and analytical, with a passion for understanding customer behaviour and campaign performance
• Experience in delivering targeted and personalised campaigns using Adobe Campaign Classic
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools, digital marketing, and campaign management
• Strong analytical skills, with an understanding of data structures and tools
• Ability to work with data segmentation logic, customer permissions, and targeting rules
