About the Marketing Team:

This role will sit within a growing marketing function that covers all aspects of the marketing responsibilities. Our team is focused on building a scalable, data-driven marketing engine to support ProFinda's global growth. We're an agile team with a strong test-and-learn culture. We love to move fast and are not afraid to test things and make mistakes, as long as we're learning and constantly improving. We also believe that technology, particularly AI, can help us be more efficient and effective in our day-to-day work. We see AI as a co-pilot, not a replacement, and we're excited to leverage these tools to help us achieve our goals.

The Role:

ProFinda is looking for a Campaign & Community Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll be instrumental in developing and executing our event and community strategy, helping us engage with our target audience and build a strong brand presence.

We're looking for someone who is a self-starter, creative, and passionate about building communities and delivering memorable experiences, both in-person and online.

Core Responsibilities:

• In-Person Events: Lead the strategy and execution of all in-person events. This includes everything from large industry conferences with Partners like SAP or Google Cloud, to intimate bespoke dinners for key prospects and opinion leaders. You'll manage the entire lifecycle from conceptualization to execution and evaluation. You will also be responsible for managing budgets, reporting on progress, and communicating the impact of events in line with our marketing goals.
• Digital Events: Own our webinar series from start to finish. You'll host our own webinars and partner with key brands to deliver engaging content to our communities. Your responsibilities will include planning, execution, optimization, and managing all associated marketing materials, including social media posts, landing pages, HubSpot lead tracking, and email campaigns.

Who You Are:

• You have a proven track record of managing and executing successful marketing campaigns, with a strong focus on events and community building ideally in a b2b role.
• You are a highly organized, detail-oriented individual with excellent project management skills.
• You have a creative and strategic mindset, always looking for innovative ways to engage with an audience.
• You are an excellent communicator and comfortable managing multiple stakeholders, managing budget, targets and reporting.
