We’re hiring – Campaign & Content Manager

Salary: £45–50k | On-site (Brighton Marina) | Full-time, permanent

We’re looking for a confident, high-energy Campaign & Content Manager to lead multi-channel marketing campaigns, repurpose high-value content, and coordinate event activity that drives real business impact.

You’ll be at the heart of a fast-paced marketing function, running activity across multiple sectors – from grassroots team sports to gymnastics clubs and children’s activity providers. If you love variety, can adapt quickly, and thrive in a collaborative, problem-solving environment, this could be your perfect next step.

What you’ll do

• Plan, execute and optimise campaigns across email, social, paid, content and events
• Own campaign calendars across multiple sectors
• Repurpose hero content (reports, webinars, blogs) into multi-format campaign assets
• Manage event logistics, promotion, lead capture and follow-up
• Be the day to day liaison with partners to deliver joint marketing activity
• Drive our social media presence
• Manage our Marketing Content Producer, making sure tone, quality and relevance align with the brand and target audience
• Collaborate with sales, product marketing, and customer success to align messaging
• Report on performance and constantly seek to improve results

We’d love to hear from you if you have

• 3+ years in B2B marketing or campaign management (SaaS, tech or agency a plus)
• Strong project management skills
• Confidence managing content creators and designers
• Event operational experience
• Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot etc)
• Know your AI from your ABC
• A commercial mindset and a drive for measurable impact
• High energy, positivity, and a collaborative approach
• Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills – essential in our fast-moving environment
• Bonus: Knowledge or experience in grassroots sports, gymnastics or children’s activity providers
