Job Overview
Southern Water is looking for a creative Campaign Marketing Manager to join their Marketing and Brand team. The role holder will take a proactive approach to delivering a customer marketing and communications strategy using an integrated, multi-channel approach, measuring success and ROI. As Campaign Marketing Manager, you’ll lead the planning and delivery of customer-focused marketing and communications aligned with our key business priorities. You’ll work across departments and with external partners to ensure campaigns are fully integrated, spanning PR, internal comms, stakeholder engagement, and digital.
You’ll bring fresh ideas, data-led thinking, and a collaborative approach to build trust and engagement with our customers and communities. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a business committed to environmental sustainability and customer service excellence.
What You’ll Be Accountable For
- Delivering integrated marketing campaigns that support Southern Water’s strategic priorities and enhance brand reputation
- Developing strong internal relationships to ensure messaging consistency and alignment across all channels
- Managing external agencies, writing clear briefs, and pushing for creative, insight-led outputs
- Measuring campaign performance and applying a test-and-learn approach for continuous improvement
- Acting as a brand guardian, ensuring all materials align with brand guidelines and tone

Skills & Competencies
- Proactive and ownership-driven approach to your work
- Strong stakeholder management (internal teams & agency partners)
- Proven experience in delivering highly creative, data-driven campaigns
- Excellent project management, budgeting, and deadline handling
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Technical Knowledge
- Expertise in planning and executing multi-channel campaigns
- Ability to analyse metrics and optimise performance
- Hands-on experience with email marketing tools
- Confident in developing and delivering innovative campaign strategies
- Skilled in managing cross-functional relationships
Qualifications (Preferred)
- Recognised marketing qualification (e.g., CIM or equivalent)
Package
This role will be full time Monday to Friday with a hybrid approach to working between our Durrington office and home.
