Bring creativity to life as a Project Manager at LEGO Retail! You’ll lead medium-to-high complexity visual projects from concept to store, ensuring every campaign is delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard. As the connector between creatives, marketers, and operations, you’ll help shape unforgettable brand experiences across EMEA – both in our stores and online.

We're pleased to share that we offer a hybrid working week arrangement called Best of Both, requiring 3 days in the office location and 2 days from home.

Please note this role is an FTC (Fixed Term Contract) role. The closing date for external applications will be Thursday 11th September 2025.

No relocation or visa support is offered for this position.


Core Responsibilities



  • Drive projects forward by tracking timelines, deliverables, and dependencies, ensuring every step stays on course.
  • Spot and solve risks early, communicating effectively with the team and escalating larger challenges to senior leadership when needed.
  • Shape creativity by guiding the development of campaign assets that bring ideas to life across multiple channels.
  • Lead collaboration by facilitating stakeholder meetings to define project scope, gather requirements, and review progress.
  • Keep teams aligned through clear, timely status updates that set expectations for current and upcoming projects.
  • Deliver excellence by managing multiple projects end-to-end, on brief, on time, and within budget using proven methodologies.
  • Be the go-to partner as the primary point of contact, building strong relationships with clients and project teams alike.



Do You Have What It Takes.

  • Experience in a Project Manager or Project Account Manager role within a Marketing Agency.
  • Proven experience managing multiple concurrent retail and digital marketing projects with cross-functional teams and external vendors, delivering on time and within budget.
  • Strong proficiency in structured project management tools (e.g. Smartsheet, Asana, Monday.com) to track timelines, manage risks, and communicate with stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to oversee high-quality asset creation and development while working with multiple IP partners and adhering to brand guidelines.
  • Excellent organisational skills - ability to demonstrate this skillset.
