About The Role
We are currently looking for a Cancer Data and Impact Manager to join our Cancer Insight team.
Reporting to the Head of Cancer Insight, you will be responsible for continually developing the charity's knowledge of the Yorkshire cancer landscape by ensuring external data sources are regularly reviewed and interpreted, you will also apply insight and evidence to support activity across the charity, including identifying areas of greatest need, responding to data and information requests and supporting external communications.
Additionally, you will evaluate the impact of prospective and funded Research and Service Awards, conducting reviews of applications for funding to assess potential impact and providing advice and consultation on evaluations. The role holder will also collect and report data on the impact of funded Awards through an annual Impact Report, including creating and updating models to estimate Life Years Gained and the long-term impact of funded work.
To be considered for this role you must be educated to degree level or equivalent and have experience working in a relevant field at a similar level.
