An exciting opportunity has arisen for highly motivated individual to join our Gynaecology cancer team as a Pathway Navigator. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about delivering earlier cancer pathways by ensuring a coordinated and smooth service for patients through their pathway.
We are keen to hear from individuals who have the necessary drive and motivation to support service delivery.
The Cancer Pathway Navigator role will be involved from the beginning of the patient’s pathway and will support the clinical team in implementing early diagnostic pathways for patients with suspected cancer to achieve definitive diagnosis by day 28. They will ensure all patients move through the pathway without delay which will ultimately lead to a quicker diagnosis and treatment.
