What you'll be doing:
- Talent Mapping & Research: Identify active/passive candidates across Private Equity and alternative investment firms.
- Pipeline Development: Pre‑qualify top talent and maintain proactive pipelines for future positions with our clients.
- Market Insight: Keep a close eye on industry trends to unearth talent and drive commercial opportunity.
- Insight-Driven Teamwork: Collaborate with Consultants to help make great matches for our clients and candidates.
Who you are:
- Recruitment experience (agency or in‑house) - experience in business support or PE sectors is a plus. If you don't have recruitment experience but think you have what it takes and an interest in a recruitment agency career, please apply.
- You want to own your role, generate insights, and be creative to improve our candidate sourcing and engagement.
- Independent, curious, and driven. You are hungry to take ownership of your career.
- Naturally personable, and you see the value of creating deep, lasting relationships.
- Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for the PE/alternative investment sector.
