The role

This role is pivotal in ensuring the flawless execution of our ambitious projects within a dynamic and encouraging environment. Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Controls

• Build and maintain detailed project schedules and cost forecasts across the CAPEX portfolio.
• Provide weekly performance analysis (cost, schedule, resources) with actionable insights.
• Manage monthly forecasting, accruals, and improve cash flow accuracy.
  
  

Reporting & Governance

• Develop effective cost control structures to enable accurate reporting and asset capitalisation.
• Monitor and review prefunding estimates against benchmarks; identify areas for improvement.
• Support annual CAPEX and maintenance budget planning aligned with site and global objectives.
  
  

Key requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in CAPEX project control, ideally in pharmaceutical, biotech, or advanced engineering environments.
• Degree qualified in Engineering, Finance, or related discipline; project control certification preferred (e.g., AACE, PMP).
• Proficient in SAP (project systems), advanced Excel, and project control methodologies (e.g., WBS, CBS, internal orders).
• Strong knowledge of LEAN principles and root cause analysis to drive continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and finance teams.
• Proven ability to manage timelines, influence decision-making, and ensure financial compliance.
