Ocean Infinity is seeking a Capture and Campaign Lead to take ownership of the end-to-end capture and campaign strategy for complex maritime defence opportunities - turning qualified demand into wins. This is a hands-on work-winning role spanning customer shaping, competitive positioning, partner strategy, bid governance, and bid execution leadership. You will bring discipline to how we win: clear plans, credible value propositions, sharp differentiation, and predictable bid performance.

What you will do

• Own capture plans for priority opportunities from early shaping through award.

Build and maintain opportunity strategies: customer insight, buying influences, pain points, budget/route-to-contract, and win themes.

Run competitive assessments and define positioning (where we win, where we don’t, and what we’ll do about it).

Develop strong customer relationships across MoD/naval stakeholders and relevant agencies.

Shape teaming: identify and secure partners, define workshare, and align joint win strategy.

Drive customer engagements, solution workshops, and pre-RFP influence activity (within compliance rules).

Establish bid approach: bid/no-bid, resourcing, schedule, governance cadence, and executive decision points.

Work closely with Bid/Proposal teams to translate capture strategy into compelling, compliant submissions.

Partner with Commercial/Finance to shape pricing assumptions, risk posture, and contract terms.

Maintain a live risk/opportunity register and ensure mitigations are actionable.

Provide clear updates to leadership: pipeline health, pWin rationale, risks, competitor moves, and decisions required.

Who you are

• Proven experience leading capture/campaign management or equivalent pursuits/work-winning for complex B2G or defence opportunities.

Strong understanding of defence procurement dynamics and bid lifecycles.

Ability to build credible win strategies and align multi-disciplinary teams under time pressure.

Commercial awareness: comfortable with pricing, contractual risk, delivery constraints, and margin targets.

Excellent written and verbal communication - able to produce clear plans and influence senior stakeholders.

Comfortable operating with ambiguity; disciplined with structure and follow-through.

Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills across technical, commercial, and delivery teams.

Desirables

• Maritime/naval/underwater/autonomy/robotics/ISR/comms/sensors/sonar or adjacent defence tech experience.
• Experience with prime/subcontractor teaming models and large partner ecosystems.
• Ability to obtain and maintain appropriate security clearance.
• Knowledge of export controls, data handling, and procurement compliance.
  
  

Salary: The salary varies for this position as we are recruiting in multiple regional locations and job grades. The salary process is based on skills, abilities, and experience required.
