LSH Auto is seeking a friendly and proactive Car Park Attendant to join our team at our dealership in Birmingham. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the car park operations and ensuring a positive experience for our customers as they arrive and depart from our premises.
Your main responsibilities will include directing vehicles, ensuring that parking rules are followed, and providing assistance to customers.
Hours - 45
Salary - £28,571
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct vehicles to parking spaces and manage the flow of traffic in the car park
- Ensure that parking areas are kept clean and organised
- Assist customers with any enquiries and provide information as needed
- Monitor and enforce parking regulations to maintain order
- Report any issues or incidents to management promptly
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks
- A valid driver's licence is essential
