Location: Must live within 4 miles of KT12 3PD

Job Type: Flexible hours (Part-time/Full-time)

Transport: Electric Bike provided - No CBT license required

Pay: Competitive hourly rate, based on experience

We are looking for a confident and compassionate Care & Support Assistant to join our friendly team. This unique role involves visiting clients in their homes using a push bike (provided) - perfect for someone who enjoys being outdoors and staying active.

This role is only open to applicants who live within 4 miles of KT12 3PD.

Key Requirements:

✅ Must be confident riding a bike on the road and have previous experience doing so

✅ Aware of and prepared for all types of weather conditions

✅ Kind, Reliable, And Passionate About Helping Others

✅ Able to work flexibly (including mornings, evenings, and weekends)

✅ Good communication skills and the ability to work independently

Main Responsibilities:

Providing personal care and emotional support

Assisting with daily living tasks such as meal preparation and light housework

Supporting medication routines and mobility needs

Offering companionship and promoting independence

Travelling between clients by bike (helmet, lock, and gear provided)
