Choices Homecare are proudly part of the Optimo Care Group that supports service users across the UK with over 1,500 dedicated employees and a strong presence across multiple regions. We collaborate closely with local authorities, healthcare providers, and care professionals to deliver outcome-focused care.
Working hours: A flexible approach is required for rotas which are operational 7 days a week between 06:00 - 22:00
Location: The Bolton and Bury region
Key Responsibilities of a Care Service Provider:
- Supporting individuals with personal care needs such as washing, dressing, and toileting.
- Assisting with medication administration and documentation in line with care plans.
- Preparing meals and assisting with eating and drinking where required.
- Promoting independence and encouraging service users to engage in daily living tasks.
- Building positive relationships with individuals and their families.
- Supporting emotional well-being and recognising signs of distress or changes in behaviour.
- Maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
- Ensuring a clean, safe, and comfortable environment in the home.
- Respecting confidentiality and always maintaining professional boundaries.
What You’ll Need:
- A caring, compassionate approach.
- A commitment to putting people first.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience preferred but not essential - full training provided.
- Driving licence and own vehicle essential (We pay 30p per mile fuel allowance)
- Weekend availability (alternative weekends or 1 day per weekend).

To Note:
- UK Driving Licence holder with access to a vehicle and the ability to provide business insurance.
- Located within 30mins of advertised locations based on urgency and provision of service to users.
