Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Care Assistant located in Dartford. The Care Assistant will be responsible for providing high-quality care to residents, assisting with daily activities such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and mobility. The Care Assistant will also support individuals with dementia care, follow care plans, manage manual handling tasks, and communicate effectively with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals.

- Manual Handling and Caregiving skills
- Experience in Dementia Care
- Excellent Interpersonal and Communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Previous experience in a care environment is an advantage
- Relevant certifications in caregiving are a plus
