We are currently recruiting for Care Assistants to join our team at Highfield.

This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone with social care experience to join a team who is person centred and caters for the resident’s needs.

Bedford Borough Council is unable to offer visa sponsorship for this role.

On a day to day basis you will complete duties such as supporting residents with their daily living skills, this includes personal care, supporting them to eat and drink, taking part in activities.

The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate Compassion and empathy and offer flexibility in their work pattern.

This role will work 35 Hours across early and late shifts based at Highfield Residential Home.
