Not a run-of-the-mill-care position, Bluebird Care Southend and Rochford are looking to build something incredible for our customers and our staff. We believe in great customer service both internally and externally.
We currently have opportunities for part-time Care Experts in Southend and Rochford covering the following areas:
💙Southend-On-Sea
💙Rochford
💙Leigh-on-Sea
💙Rayleigh
💙Shoeburyness
💙Great Wakering
We are looking for Care Experts to work primarily from 10pm to 7am Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays (Waking nights)

- Provide team support, even when you’re visiting customers on your own
- Offer competitive salary rates of:
Weekdays £14.50 per hour, Weekends £15 per hour, Bank Holidays £18 per hour
In return we do require a few things from you…These are:
- A full driving license
- Your own transport (you will need to get to and from customers!)
- The ability to give 100% to our customers
- The ability to work every other weekend
Due to the nature of the work we do require that all candidates hold a full driving license and have access to their own vehicle.
