Registered Care Manager - Reed in Leeds (Community Care)
The key purpose of the Registered Care Manager role within Reed is to promote community care services within the designated location. The Registered Manager will be responsible for continued growth and development of the service and is required to achieve and maintain CQC registration. This role drives the provision of services to adults, children, and young people of all abilities and in all aspects of person-centred care and we work hard to maintain the highest standard of care and quality of service within the communities we support.
