Choices Homecare are seeking Care Service Scheduler for our Sheffield branch.

This pivotal role is based within our Sheffield branch and will support our regional care providers in their daily duties. Demonstrating planning and resource management to ensure that Choices Homecare allocate resources to support the delivery of high-quality, people-focused services in your community. Key Responsibilities of a Care Service Scheduler:

• Create staffing schedules with a purpose to run our services efficiently and effectively.
• Manage a 365-year service schedule.
• React to circumstances that may affect a schedule and adjust accordingly.
• Collaborate with the wider team to fulfil the schedules commitment to service.
• Implement new starters into a work flow.
• Identify and highlight areas of improvement to workforce planning.
• Prepared for rotational on-call basis.
• Monday to Friday - 09:00-17:00 - Sheffield Office location
  
  

What You’ll Need:

• Strong organisational and solution focused approach.
• Demonstrates strong leadership qualities.
• Strong teamwork ethos.
• Strong IT skills and experience with scheduling systems (or a willingness to learn).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Competent to be both proactive and reactive to a daily workflow.
• Experience in logistics, workforce planning, or scheduling is desirable.
