We collaborate closely with local authorities, healthcare providers, and care professionals to deliver outcome-focused care.
Working hours: 09:00-17:00 - Monday to Friday
Location: Barnsley Office
Key Responsibilities of a Care Service Scheduler:
- Create staffing schedules with a purpose to run our services efficiently and effectively.
- Manage a 365-year service schedule.
- React to circumstances that may affect a schedule and adjust accordingly.
- Collaborate with the wider team to fulfil the schedules commitment to service.
- Implement new starters into a work flow.
- Identify and highlight areas of improvement to workforce planning.
- Prepared for rotational on-call basis.
What You’ll Need:
- Strong organisational and solution focused approach.
- Demonstrates strong leadership qualities.
- Strong teamwork ethos.
- Strong IT skills and experience with scheduling systems (or a willingness to learn).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Competent to be both proactive and reactive to a daily workflow.
- Experience in logistics, workforce planning, or scheduling is desirable.
