Care Team Leader – Supported Living
Location: Cecilian Court, Stamford, PE9 1QP
Salary: £13.25 per hour
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Full-Time)
About The Role
Are you an experienced care professional looking to step into a leadership role? Glenholme is seeking a proactive and compassionate
Team Leader to join our specialist supported living service in Stamford. You will lead and support a team of dedicated support workers, delivering person-centred care to individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and physical disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of support workers to ensure high-quality, person-centred care
- Develop and maintain individual care plans in partnership with healthcare professionals
- Monitor care delivery and implement improvements where necessary
- Build positive relationships with service users, families, and stakeholders
- Deliver hands-on support including personal care, medication, and daily living assistance
- Ensure full compliance with CQC standards and internal policies
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a similar senior or team leader role within health or social care
- A strong understanding of the needs of individuals with learning disabilities
- Knowledge of CQC standards and relevant healthcare regulations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work shifts including evenings and weekends
- A genuine commitment to providing outstanding care
Where You’ll Be Working
Cecilian Court is a purpose-built supported living development comprising 11 self-contained flats. The service is designed to promote independence and community integration for adults with varying support needs. The building is fully accessible, featuring open-plan living, wheelchair access, and lift facilities, providing a safe and enabling environment for all residents.
