Care Team Supervisor with a passion for delivering exceptional home care and leading from the front.
This is an exciting opportunity to
supervise, support and inspire our dedicated care teams, ensuring our services are not only high quality, but also compassionate, person-centred, and in line with our values.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Overseeing care teams to ensure safe, effective, and responsive care
- Supporting recruitment and onboarding of new care workers
- Facilitating team meetings, briefings and engagement events
- Providing training, mentoring and field observations
- Managing annual leave, absences, appraisals, and performance
- Leading by example in quality compliance, documentation and safeguarding
- Handling incidents, complaints and day-to-day service issues
- Being part of the on-call rota to provide leadership outside normal hours
What We’re Looking For:
- NVQ Level 3/4 in Care (or willingness to work towards)
- First-hand experience in delivering care and supervising teams
- Strong communicator with good organisational and IT skills
- Motivated, positive and approachable
- Flexible, team-oriented and able to work on your own initiative
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
Desirable but not essential:
- Experience using Google Drive and Gmail
- Background in recruitment or onboarding
- Knowledge of the domiciliary care sector
