🌟 Exciting Opportunity We’re on the lookout for passionate Care Workers to join our already established team. If you’re eager to make a real difference in people’s lives, this is the role for you.

We have two posts available - Post 1 - 16 hours per week; Post 2 - 18 hours per week.

🏡 What You’ll Do

• Support clients in their own homes, helping them regain independence.
• Provide high-quality, person-centred care to clients, tailored to their individual needs.
• Maintain accurate and timely care records.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure the highest standards of care are upheld.
• Working as part of a valued care team you’ll be ensuring our clients stay happy, healthy and well by helping them with everyday tasks such as washing and dressing, preparing meals, taking medication and socialising.
• Understanding the needs of older people, including those with dementia, is an important part of the work.
• Receive ongoing support and training to help you excel and grow in your career.
