We are looking for a VP to join our EMEA Securitised Products team in London.

Duties And Responsibilities

• To assist in the origination, structuring and execution of private (on balance sheet) and public securitisations and balance sheet solutions across a broad range of asset classes
• To prepare presentation and marketing materials with significant technical detail,
• To support transaction structuring and execution of private/warehouse and public transactions
• To support in, and to some extent independently lead, the development of analytical tools and the team’s models,
• To ensure compliance with all policies and procedures,
• To assist with day-to-day operational tasks of the desk, including management of insiders lists, updating data bases, liaising with compliance and legal, and organising regular internal and external meetings for the business
• To proactively contribute to the overall development of the Securitised Products.
• To ultimately lead transaction execution, rating agency discussions (as appropriate) and internal approvals processes
  
  

Qualifications, Skills, And Experience

• 4-5 years’ securitisation/structured products experience in a front office role
• Good knowledge of securitisation/structured products;
• Strong analytical / modelling and data manipulation skills
• Good commercial awareness and presentation skills;
• Good experience of deal execution (private/ public)
• High attention to detail
• Ability work on presentation/pitch books
• Ability to review legal documentation
• Ability to work independently/self-starter/
• Demonstrate team skills to work with numerous partners (Coverage, DCM, traders, sales , Credit, risk
• Ideally degree in finance/maths/economics or professional qualification in finance/treasury/asset management
