Careers Adviser – Inspiring Futures at Oldham College

Full-time (term-time considered)

Salary : £28,786 - £30,690 plus excellent benefits.

Are you passionate about helping people take their next big step in life? Oldham College is looking for a qualified Careers Adviser to join our dynamic team and guide our learners towards bright, successful futures.

We’re looking for someone with a Level 6 qualification in careers guidance (or working towards it) who can bring energy, empathy, and expertise to the role.

What you’ll do:

• Deliver one-to-one and group careers guidance sessions, inspiring learners to explore their ambitions and realise their potential.
• Help learners identify their options, make informed choices, and map out their next steps using a variety of tools and resources.
• Maintain high-quality records and ensure all guidance meets professional standards.
