Role Description

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Branch Cashier for the Money Exchange Business to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience handling cash and providing excellent customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities.

• Conduct Foreign Currency Exchange and Money Transfer duties
• To ensure that all Company procedures, processes, and systems are followed and adhered to.
• To endeavor to meet and exceed the KPI performance targets set for yourself and each colleague, as directed by the Company.
• Taking complete responsibility of the till, and working independently at all times while maintaining the highest level of professionalism.
• Balance your cash register and prepare cash for bank deposit;
• Prepare a record of your daily transaction;
• Perform other duties as assigned or requested by your colleagues and superiors.
• Recognize problems, issues or complaints during queries and propose solutions or escalate to the management team
• For this particular role, we would prefer the candidates to speak fluent English.

Experience:

• A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role in Currency Exchange (OR) Banking / Financial sector Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Schedule:

• 8-hours shift
• Day Shift
• Weekend & Bank Holidays availability (Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends)
