About The Role
Deliver engaging Group Fitness classes instructing customer through a safe and effective class in a positive and friendly atmosphere. Classes will be delivered in a group setting with a wide range of users. Providing excellent customer service through professional standards being delivered at all times having a responsibility for the safety of customers participating in group fitness classes.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- Hold and maintain a current nationally recognised Level 2 fitness qualification for example Exercise to Music
- For Aquatic Fitness sessions hold a current National rescue award for swimming teachers and coaches or a National Pool lifeguard qualification.
- Hold current qualification for specific classes taught
- Ability to deliver a safe, well-structured and progressive class.
- Ability to screen customers and make decisions on participation and able to follow a safe exercise policy
- Ability to interact with individuals and groups in both formal and informal ways.
