Eames is working closely with a well-regarded insurer who are looking for a Claims Adjuster to join their Liability Claims team. This individual will be responsible for handling a mixed caseload of U.K. casualty claims, with a focus on EL/PL claims. This insurer leads on their Liability book, so lead claims experience is ideal for this position.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and resolve a varied caseload of Liability claims to a high standard, ensuring compliance with all company and regulatory guidelines.
- Manage and complete projects and presentations for internal and external clients with little supervision.
- Select and supervise loss adjusters, lawyers, and other experts in accordance with the company's procedures, ensuring the protection of both the company’s and client’s interests
Required Experience:
- Must have 2+ years' experience handling a caseload of UK EL/PL claims
