This role offers the opportunity to manage high-value, complex multi-track personal injury cases, developing strategic client relationships while gaining hands-on litigation experience. Manage a multi-track defendant personal injury caseload, including Employers' Liability, Public Liability, Road Traffic Accidents, and catastrophic injury claims.
Draft pleadings, prepare client reports, attend court hearings, and instruct experts, ensuring compliance with court deadlines and internal quality standards.
Work closely with senior lawyers and insurers, providing technical expertise and contributing to strategic case planning.
Prioritise workloads effectively, maintaining high-quality client service and supporting the growth of the Catastrophic Loss team.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships while contributing to business development initiatives within the firm.
Qualified solicitor, either NQ or experienced, with a solid background in catastrophic personal injury claims.
Experience handling multi-track personal injury cases, with strong technical knowledge of liability, quantum, and litigation procedures.
Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and manage complex caseloads.
Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships and deliver high-quality outcomes in a client-focused environment.
Exposure to high-value claims and experience in strategic case management is highly desirable.
