On-site 4.5 days per week

Princess Yachts is seeking a Category Lead for Direct spend to join our evolving Procurement team. As a global leader in luxury yacht manufacturing, we’re investing in innovation, people, and smarter ways of working, making this an exciting time to come on board.

In this strategic role, you’ll own key spend categories and shape sourcing strategies that deliver long-term value across cost, quality, innovation, and sustainability. You’ll lead supplier negotiations, manage critical relationships, and influence decisions that directly impact our world-class production, with real autonomy and strong development support.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and deliver category strategies aligned to business and NPD goals
Lead sourcing and RFx activity and negotiate best-value agreements
Create, manage, and resolve supplier contracts across their lifecycle
Build strong supplier relationships and mitigate supply chain risk
Collaborate with Purchasing on demand planning and supply continuity
Drive data-led decision-making and maintain master data accuracy

About You

5+ years’ experience in Category Management (manufacturing or engineering preferred)
Strong procurement, sourcing, and supplier management expertise
Business or Engineering qualification, CIPS
Confident using ERP/S2P systems and Microsoft tools
Commercially astute, analytical, and outcome-focused
