The Role
We’re looking for a strategic Category Manager to lead procurement for Logistics & Warehousing. You’ll shape strategy, drive cost savings, and build strong supplier relationships across global markets. From sourcing 3PL providers to optimizing warehousing processes, you’ll be at the heart of delivering value and innovation.
What You’ll Do
✔ Lead strategic sourcing projects for 3PL providers (Road, Courier, Warehousing, Customs)
✔ Manage RFQs, RFPs, and supplier negotiations
✔ Drive compliance and category planning across global operations
✔ Build influential relationships and deliver transformation projects
✔ Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for improvement
What We’re Looking For
✅ Proven procurement experience in global logistics
✅ Expertise in 3PL and warehousing negotiations
✅ Strong category management and stakeholder influence skills
✅ Strategic thinker with change management experience
✅ Knowledge of import/export policies (pharma experience a plus)
