Are you a Band 7 CBT Therapist looking for flexible, long-term work with a high-demand client group? We’re recruiting experienced therapists to support adults in Step 3 across multiple Hampshire locations.

🔹 About the Role:

• Flexible hours between 8am and 8pm, Monday to Friday
• Minimum commitment of 6 months, with potential for extension
• High demand for evening appointments
• Three rooms available daily (12 hours/day x 3), allowing for half or full-day sessions
• Two cycles of 90 bookings – ideal for full-time therapists seeking consistent work

🔹 Requirements:

• Band 7 qualification
• Experience working with adults in Step 3
• Availability for flexible scheduling, especially evenings
• Able to work as a Sole Trader or Limited Company

Therapists offering greater availability will be prioritised due to the Trust’s high demand. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure ongoing work with flexibility and excellent rates.
