Asset Technology & Solutions team as a
CCTV Administrator in Derby and you’ll deliver complex work that really matters to our business, and the world around you.
Role Purpose
The purpose of this role is to support the Administration Manager in coordinating
operational and administrative tasks. This includes managing documentation,
processing orders and contracts, handling loss and theft triage, and ensuring timely
updates and communication across teams and stakeholders.
What you'll be doing
Your Accountabilities Will Include
- Raise quotations and agree orders and dates with customers.
- Keep documents organised in SharePoint.
- Provide updates about security requirements for multiple projects in teams
- Raise purchase orders.
- Manage deliveries, accept stock, and update records.
- Raise contracts for on hire equipment.
- Process off hires ensuring all charges is billed.
- Produce reports for line manager as required.
- Arrange small parcel deliveries.
- Book hotels, meeting rooms etc as required.
- BMC loss and theft triage, this is a daily task.
