Description

The ERP Senior Change & Engagement Lead will play a pivotal role in driving the success of a 5-year ERP transformation program currently in its early stages. This position focuses on enabling leadership, influencing cultural shifts, and ensuring effective engagement strategies to support the deployment of ERP solutions across global and local contexts.

You will be responsible for designing and leading the human side of transformation—connecting people to purpose, creating readiness and excitement, and enabling leaders to champion the future. You will influence global and local teams, turning strategy into lived experience.

Key Responsibilities May Include:

Develop tailored change management strategies and approaches to ensure effective implementation of change, based on the scope and complexity of the initiative
Lead stakeholder engagement, including mapping, prioritization, and developing plans to ensure buy-in and commitment to change at all levels
Coach and support sponsors and stakeholders in delivering and adapting to the change, helping them navigate challenges and driving alignment

Collaborate with stakeholders to assess the impact of changes, using insights to shape strategies, communication, and training plans

Develop and implement communication and training plans to equip stakeholders with the skills and knowledge needed for successful change adoption

Ensure the organization is ready for the change by managing and addressing potential resistance and facilitating a smooth transition.

Monitor, measure, and maximize adoption of change, providing ongoing assessments and demonstrating the value of both the change initiative and change management efforts.

Qualifications

Degree in Business, Technology, or a related field
Change or Project Management Certification (e.g., PMP)
Agile / ScrumMaster certification (CSM) preferred

Experience

Team leadership experience in complex environments
ERP transformation background, ideally with SAP and global program exposure
Demonstrated change leadership—coaching executives, driving large-scale adoption, influencing culture
Proven stakeholder engagement expertise with senior leadership
Experience across diverse industries or varied roles is a strong advantage
