Change & Engagement Specialist
The Change & Engagement Specialist will be responsible for providing change management support across the Content Supply Simplification (CSS) Programme at ITV.
The CSS programme aims to transform ITV’s Content Supply Chain (the way that ITV gets content in and the process of getting it ready to be delivered across various platforms and distributors). This programme will streamline business processes to provide operational teams with the right tools, systems, and accurate data—enabling end-to-end visibility, scalability, and clear, data-driven decision-making. The programme will reduce manual interventions, and risks of error.
This role will work alongside the CSS Business Change Manager and requires knowledge and experience of key change management activities and deliverables. The Change & Engagement Specialist will be responsible for delivering key change activities such as programme communications, change impact assessments, supporting training and managing a change network across the programme. As communications are a key aspect of this role, it is essential the individual can break down complex and technical language into simple and clear terminology.
