Change Manager, Complex IT Transformations - Outside IR35 Contract - Hybrid working

Overview

We're seeking a Change Manager with proven experience leading change within complex IT transformation programs. This role is responsible for assessing impacts, preparing stakeholders, and ensuring business readiness across people, process, and technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute the end-to-end change impact analysis process to identify how system, process, and organisational changes affect stakeholders.
• Develop and implement targeted change action plans, including communications, education, training, stakeholder engagement, and organisational change activities.
• Partner with project teams and business leaders to ensure change requirements are understood, addressed, and embedded.
• Monitor change adoption, risks, and readiness, providing recommendations to maintain momentum and minimise disruption.
• Support continuous improvement of change management practices and tools.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in change management within large-scale or complex IT transformation initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate impacts into practical, actionable plans.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management abilities.
