Change Manager - Contract - Hybrid

We are seeking an experienced Change manager to lead the change management workstream within a large-scale, complex IT transformation programme. The role is responsible for assessing business change impacts, planning and executing change interventions, and ensuring successful adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the end-to-end Change Impact Analysis (CIA) process across all workstreams.
Identify and analyse the people, process, technology, and organisational impacts of proposed changes.
Conduct interviews, workshops, and document reviews to gather required information.
Produce clear, actionable impact reports that inform the overall change strategy.

Change Planning & Delivery and Training & Capability:

Develop comprehensive change action plans to address identified impacts, covering:
Education & awareness
Communications
Training & capability uplift
Stakeholder engagement
Process changes
Organisational change and role redesign
Work with programme leads, HR, training teams, and business SMEs to implement change interventions.
Monitor adoption and readiness, adjusting plans as required.
Work with learning leads or SMEs to define training needs based on change impacts.
Input into training materials, user guidance, and support models.
Support the design and delivery of education and training programmes.

Required Skills & Experience Essential:

Strong experience (typically 5+ years) in organisational change management for complex IT or digital transformation programmes.
Demonstrated ability to lead and run a Change Impact Analysis process end-to-end.
Proven track record of delivering change interventions such as communications, training, readiness assessments, and organisational change.
Ability to translate technical change into business impacts and practical actions.
Strong stakeholder management skills, with confidence engaging senior leaders.
Excellent facilitation, written communication, and presentation skills.
Experience working in large, multi-disciplinary project environments.
Experience in the Nuclear or EAM sector is a bonus.
