Job Title: Change Manager

Contract: 6–12 months (Outside IR35)

Day Rate: £400 per day

Location: London (Hybrid, 2–3 days in office)

We are a globally recognised high-end fashion retailer, known for innovation, craftsmanship, and excellence in every detail. As we continue to evolve and invest in digital transformation, we are seeking an experienced Change Manager to lead critical technology-driven initiatives that will shape the future of our business.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the change management strategy for significant technology transformations across global retail operations.
Apply structured methodologies (e.g., Prosci ADKAR, Kotter’s 8-Step Process) to drive adoption and deliver sustainable change.
Partner with business and technology teams on initiatives including PLM systems, PIM optimisation, sample management, buying and merchandising planning tools, and digital product passports.
Conduct impact assessments, stakeholder analyses, and develop tailored communication and engagement plans.
Deliver compelling communications, presentations, and workshops to engage stakeholders at all levels.
Design and deliver training programs and supporting materials to ensure smooth transition and capability building.
Monitor adoption and effectiveness through data-driven insights, identifying and addressing resistance where necessary.
Build strong cross-functional relationships to ensure alignment, collaboration, and cultural integration.
Manage multiple initiatives with precision, ensuring timelines and outcomes are achieved.

About You

Extensive experience in change management within global retail or other fast-paced industries.
Proven track record of leading technology-driven transformations.
Strong expertise in applying structured change management methodologies and tools.
Direct experience of merchandising functions, processes, or having worked on merchandising-related projects.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and influencing skills, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders.
Analytical mindset with the ability to conduct impact assessments and measure adoption.
Collaborative and relationship-oriented, comfortable working across diverse teams and cultures
