Change Manager - 6 Month Contract

Description:

We’re looking for an experienced Change Manager to join a dynamic technology team on a 6-month rolling contract. You’ll be responsible for overseeing change initiatives across systems, infrastructure, and digital transformation projects, ensuring smooth adoption and minimal disruption to operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end change activities within tech-focused environments
• Drive stakeholder engagement, communications, and readiness assessments
• Collaborate with technical teams to understand impact and ensure alignment
• Track adoption, feedback, and success metrics to measure change effectiveness
• Support training and enablement where required

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Change Management within a technology environment
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Knowledge of Agile or ITIL practices is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives across fast-paced teams

Contract Type: Outside IR35 preferred (if applicable)
