Change Manager - London Market

Job Title: Change Manager
Duration: 12 months
Location: London - onsite 2x per week
Rate: £500 - 550 per day Umbrella

Are you a skilled Change Manager with a strong grasp of methodologies such as ADKAR and Kotter? We're looking for someone who can lead from the front - owning, shaping, and driving change initiatives in a complex, regulated environment.

In this role, you'll define and deliver change strategy, manage stakeholder engagement, and lead a change team through a significant transformation. This is a high-impact opportunity within a major London Market programme focused on digitising broking operations and delivering a new Target Operating Model.

Key responsibilities include:

• Defining and executing the change strategy across a large-scale transformation project
• Leading change impact assessments, communications, and training
• Collaborating with senior stakeholders, programme leadership, and business teams
• Managing resistance and driving adoption across the organisation

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience leading end-to-end change in the London Market or wider insurance sector
• Ability to tailor change approaches to match project needs and stakeholder environments
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
