Contract: 1-Year Maternity Cover

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Pay Rate: £27.56/hour

Travel: Occasional international travel to customer sites (Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovakia, Serbia)

Are you a marketing professional with a background in dental or healthcare and a passion for international collaboration? We’re looking for a Marketing Specialist to support key Central & Eastern European markets as part of a 12-month maternity cover. This is an exciting opportunity to work across dental and orthodontic portfolios, partnering with leading distributors and helping drive commercial success through strategic channel marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute localized channel marketing plans with partners across the Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovakia, and Serbia
• Jointly plan and activate MDF and eCommerce campaigns with partners
• Work closely with Account Managers to align marketing strategy with partner goals and target audiences
• Track performance, gather insights, and use analytics to improve marketing ROI
• Support partner training programs, education events, and promotional planning
• Help guide the brand transition across regional partners, including co-branded communications
• Assist with tender management, content syndication, campaign approvals, and product registration support

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience in B2B and B2C marketing, ideally within the dental or healthcare industry
• Comfortable managing partner relationships across multiple countries and cultures
• Strong commercial mindset with solid planning, communication, and analytical skills
• Knowledge of the healthcare systems in Central/Eastern Europe is a plus, but not essential
