Are you a strategic marketer with a passion for building strong partner relationships and delivering impactful campaigns? Aspen Pumps Group is looking for a dynamic Channel Marketing Manager to lead and support marketing initiatives across our British and Central European markets.
About the Role
As Channel Marketing Manager, you’ll be the key link between our internal teams and external partners—planning, executing, and optimising co-branded campaigns that drive growth. This is a mid-level role ideal for someone with strong project management skills, a commercial mindset, and a collaborative approach.
You’ll work closely with sales teams, commercial leads, and key account marketing teams to ensure our brand is front and centre in every market we serve.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage channel marketing campaigns with key partners across English-speaking territories
- Develop co-branded marketing materials, sales tools, and digital assets
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align messaging and goals
- Track and analyse campaign performance to inform future strategy
- Manage territory marketing budgets and ensure brand visibility across partner channels
- Maintain regular contact with key account marketing teams
- Support the development of a menu-driven channel marketing strategy with commercial leads
Additional Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of the HVAC industry and Aspen’s product portfolio
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, sales, or a related business role
- Strong project management and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Analytical mindset with experience using marketing performance tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and collaborative
- Bonus: Fluency in German or a second language
