💡 What you'll do:

• Design and roll out enablement strategies that align with company goals
• Build and maintain training materials, playbooks, and resources
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to keep partner content current and impactful
• Lead training sessions, workshops, and coaching to grow partner capability
• Track KPIs across partner skills, performance, and capacity
• Implement tools and tech to enhance partner engagement and efficiency

🙌 We’d love to hear from you if you have:

• Experience in SaaS and partner/channel enablement
• A strategic mindset and passion for enabling others
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and content development skills
• A collaborative approach to working across departments
• Familiarity with enablement platforms, LMS, and CRM tools
