Super Smart Service Ltd (SSS) established in December 2015 in West Midlands, UK. We are a large-scale multinational logistics company under the Zong Teng Group. Our main business is to provide Chinese domestic cross- border e-sellers and local online retailers in the UK to expand reliable warehousing business and timely delivery service platforms on international platforms. The operation started by providing reliable fulfilment warehousing solutions and prompt final mile distribution service for our cross-border e-sellers and UK local online retailers such as eBay, Amazon and other platforms. Over the past few years, we have formed strong working relationships with partners like Royal Mail, Yodel, Evri, China Post, DPD, XDP, Palletways as well as Goodcang, YunExpress and other logistic giants. Currently, our warehouses have expanded all over the world with 18 warehouses in the UK and the business is still expanding continually. We have sites in Walsall, Lichfield, Cannock, Worcester, Wolverhampton, Stone and Derby.
The Role:
· Create manifests of daily orders for warehouse collection requirements.
· Assisting with daily collection exceptions; coordinating daily collection capacity between warehouse and third-party carrier
· Using a specific system and creating daily orders, shipping labels, and collection bookings
· Supporting the customer service team for daily order delivery exceptions.
· You will be receiving and responding to emails and forwarding them to the appropriate personnel if necessary.
· Order related supplies from the carrier when needed; keep track of all the supplies in and out.
· Obtain and organise relevant data, analyse anomalies and summarise them.
· Assist and optimise billing exceptions between the carrier and our account.
· You will also be asked to support internal transport. Including: planning driver transport work and route, flexibility to address temporary emergency transportation needs, communicate smoothly with the driver, understand their needs, and monitor the vehicle's condition and report/resolve any issues promptly.
The ideal Candidate
· Need to have a valid visa to work in the UK (this position does not sponsor visa)
· A professional and adaptable communication style – fluency in Mandarin and English is preferred.
· Having supply chain or related background will be advantage but not essential
· Efficient administrative skills
· Currently hold UK driving license will be advantage but not essential
· Strong numeracy, literacy, and IT skills
· A proactive attitude, and an enthusiastic approach
· Good at paying attention to details, self-motivated, a good team player and hard-working
· Have the ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Hours: 9:00-17:30, 176 hours per month (flexibility is required)
Wages: £26,000 to £30,000 with monthly KPI bonus
