Channels and Content Manager - Internal Communications

About the Role

The organisation is looking for a collaborative team player to join its growing network of communications professionals and marketing experts to oversee channels and content for the UK&I internal comms team. The successful candidate will also be responsible for gathering analytics and reporting on how effectively internal communications channels are performing.

The role holder will be an integral part of the regional team, working in a transformative, collaborative environment supporting integrated communications aligned with global business objectives. They will report to the Senior Manager, Internal Communications and support key stakeholders across all aspects of internal communications.

What They'll Need

Essential:

• Experience in internal communications and/or employee engagement, ideally in large matrix organisations
• Experience creating and managing editorial calendars across multiple channels
• Strong understanding of SharePoint intranets
• Ability to evaluate and measure the impact of internal communications channels, systems and campaigns
• Highly organised and able to manage multiple projects with strategic thinking and content planning across channels

Desirable:

• Knowledge of the engineering, consultancy or professional services sectors

What They'll Do

• Work collaboratively with internal and external communicators and marketing professionals on regional and global projects
• Manage the editorial calendar
• Connect with the creative team to align visual support across messages and channels
• Create content across multiple channels as required
• Devise effective measurement and reporting mechanisms; contribute to regular reporting on performance
• Ensure processes, procedures and tools support business objectives
