We are currently recruiting for a
Chef de Partie to join our friendly and hardworking team at our conference venue in
Leamington Spa.
This is a permanent position working 40 hours per week 5 out of 7 days.

About the role:
At this busy and exciting site, you’ll be part of a dynamic kitchen team delivering a range of food offers, including:
- Breakfast Buffet - for up to 120 guests daily
- Lunch Buffet - salad bar, main courses and desserts for up to 300 covers
- Dinner Buffet - similar style to lunch, for up to 100 covers
- Private Dining - catering for up to 150 covers
- Seasonal Outdoor Catering - street food style (BBQ, smoking, pizza, hog roast) for up to 250 covers
About you:
We’re looking for someone who is:

As our Chef de Partie, you will:
- Have excellent people skills
- Have general knowledge of food hygiene, NVQ level 2 or equivalent
- Be passionate about food and customer service
- Have superb culinary skills
- Have good organisational and communication skills
- Be able to work on your own initiative and as part of a large team
- Be eligible to work in the UK
You will be able to create and develop our dishes and will assist the Chefs in creation of weekly menus. A knowledge and understanding of the important of stock and food wastage is essential.
