We are partnered with the investor of a high-growth, data-centric B2B software business (£10m turnover, £1m EBITDA) to appoint an experienced CEO to lead the company through its next phase of expansion and value creation.

This is a rare opportunity to step into a well-positioned, profitable company at a critical inflection point – with the backing of a highly engaged private equity firm and a clear mandate to scale.

The Opportunity: The incoming CEO will work closely with the Board and investors to develop and execute a commercially-driven growth strategy. The business has strong foundations, a loyal customer base, and significant market opportunity – but now needs a proven leader to drive performance, build capability, and deliver strategic clarity.

• Own and deliver the growth strategy in collaboration with the Board.
• Drive commercial execution across sales, marketing, partnerships, and customer experience.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing leadership team.
• Strengthen operational infrastructure to support scale.
• Build enterprise value and prepare the business for future exit.

🔹 Candidate Profile:

• A proven CEO or senior leader with experience in scaling B2B software or data-led technology businesses.
• Strong commercial orientation and track record of delivering top-line and EBITDA growth.
• Experience operating within a private equity environment (or similar fast-paced, investor-backed context).
• Strategic thinker with hands-on leadership style.
• Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.

🔹 Package:

• Base Salary: £200k+ (DOE)
• Performance Bonus
