CFO / Fractional CFO - Bio-Tech Industry

We're working with an Oxfordshire-based, University spin-out in the Bio-Tech space, with the search for a fundraising CFO to support the next phase of their journey and scale-up.

You'll partner with the CEO, Co-Founders, CPO, Scientists etc. understanding the vision and story of the business, preparing financial models, due diligence and funding strategy, before execution.

Requirements:

• Experience as CFO, FD etc. within the Bio-Tech / scientific / R&D industry
• Proven fundraising experience (Seed, A, B, C) is essential
• Strong sakeholder engagement, partnering with C-Suite, Investors, Scientists etc.

Due to the nature of the role, Fractional and Part-Time CFOs could be considered, working arrangement can be discussed.
