Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Wealth Management
We are seeking an accomplished finance leader to join an executive team and shape the financial future of a dynamic, fast-growing organization. Reporting directly to the CEO and COO, you will be instrumental in driving the company’s growth strategy through mergers and acquisitions, organic expansion, and operational excellence.
Role Overview:
You will lead the development and execution of robust, long-term financial strategies aligned with ambitious business goals. Acting as a trusted advisor to the leadership team, you will oversee scalable financial systems and governance frameworks, ensuring the business operates with financial discipline and agility across multiple jurisdictions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and deliver strategic financial plans that underpin sustainable growth and profitability
- Lead all aspects of mergers, acquisitions, and commercial investments, including target evaluation, due diligence, deal execution, and post-merger integration
- Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing finance function to support rapid business scaling
- Collaborate closely with executive leadership on fundraising initiatives, investor relations, and exit strategies, providing detailed financial modelling and scenario analysis
- Oversee financial management activities including budgeting, forecasting, KPI tracking, and comprehensive board reporting
- Foster strong relationships with external stakeholders such as investors, banks, auditors, and legal advisors to support business objectives
- Ensure rigorous risk management and compliance with regulatory and governance standards
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced qualifications (MBA, CPA, ACCA, ACA, CIMA, or equivalent) highly preferred
- At least 10 years of post-qualification experience, with a proven record of scaling finance teams in complex, fast-growth environments
- Extensive experience working alongside C-level executives and Boards, driving strategic financial decision-making
- Demonstrated expertise in leading M&A transactions, fundraising (including private equity), and navigating capital structures
- Exceptional skills in financial modelling, stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication
