Brief Overview:

Forsyth Barnes are currently working with a prestigious, globally recognised premium consumer brand with headquarters in London. They are seeking an experienced CISO on an initial 6-month contract. This is a unique opportunity to shape and lead the company’s security strategy during a period of exciting transformation.

The role is fully remote but will involve close collaboration with senior stakeholders across the UK and international teams. You will be responsible for strengthening the organisation’s security posture, advising on best practice, and ensuring alignment between business growth and information security strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and monitor security KPIs to measure and improve the organisation’s security maturity.

• Act as the key representative for Information Security, engaging with customers, partners, and external auditors.

• Lead the development and rollout of security best practices, embedding a culture of security awareness across the business.

• Collaborate with Sales and Commercial teams to understand and address customer security requirements.

• Define and standardise security policies and practices across all business units.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a CISO or Head of Cyber Security.

• Strong track record in Information Security and risk management.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills at senior level.

• Ability to operate effectively within a global, brand-led organisation.
